Customers can initiate fund transfers between accounts, pay bills, and set up recurring payments. The panel also allows customers to manage their personal information, update contact details, and change account preferences. It provides real-time alerts and notifications for important account activities, such as large transactions or low balances. Additionally, customers can securely communicate with the bank's customer support through the panel, resolving queries and addressing concerns efficiently.

Challenge:

Design of an IOS and Android logistics management app with full back-end pannel integration to streamline and optimize various aspects of logistics operations.

Solution:

Features such as real-time tracking of shipments, inventory management, route optimization, and warehouse management were implemented. The app allows users to track the movement of goods and monitor their status at any given time. It also helps in efficient inventory management by providing insights into stock levels, facilitating reorder processes, and minimizing stockouts. Route optimization features enable users to plan the most efficient routes for deliveries, reducing fuel costs and delivery time. Additionally, warehouse management functionalities enable users to track and manage stock within warehouses, improving overall operational efficiency. App features powerfull back-end admin panel to manage all of these processes.

Customer Loyalty Platform For Petrol Company

Design of an IOS and Android customer loyalty app for a petrol company.

Solution:

A customer loyalty mobile app for a petrol company that offers a range of features to enhance customer experience. Firstly, it provides a digital loyalty card functionality that allows customers to earn points for every purchase they make at the petrol station. These points can be redeemed for discounts on fuel, car wash services, or other products offered by the company. The app also include a fuel station locator feature, real-time fuel prices, and check availability of services. Additionally, the app offers personalized offers and promotions based on the user's preferences and purchase history. Users can receive notifications about exclusive deals, loyalty program updates, or important information related to the petrol company. Furthermore, the app incorporates a transaction history feature, allowing users to track their purchases and monitor their loyalty points. Design of intuitive interface for loan calculation.

Prioritizing simplicity by using a clean and uncluttered layout with clear typography and appropriate spacing. Breaking down the loan calculation process into clear and sequential steps, guiding users through each stage, including also a progress indicator to show users where they are in the process and how much is left. Implementation of real-time input validation to prevent errors and guide users in providing accurate information. Setting up the default values for loan parameters based on recommended values, reducing the effort required for users to input information. Immediate and clear feedback when users make selections. A summary of the loan calculation results, including key details like monthly payments, interest rates, and total repayment amount has been implemented.

One of the key challenges was ensuring accurate and reliable speech recognition technology and at the same time to provide intuitive controls and options for users to customize their transcription preferences. Transcribing audio to text requires sophisticated algorithms that can handle various accents, speech patterns, and background noises while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Another challenge was creating a user-friendly platform that allows seamless upload and management of podcast episodes.
